Dynamic web solutions modify or terminate services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Dynamic web solutions.

Payment for services provided by us shall be made in accordance with the conditions contained in the contract and the Package Price, attached thereto and made a part of the agreement thereof. Notwithstanding any prices listed in literature or on Web pages, the Client and Dynamic Web Solutions agree that the services described in the contract would be negotiable.

When your website hosting or domain name renewal term expires, Dynamic web solutions will attempt to contact you to determine if you wish to continue your website hosting. However, you are responsible for your own website hosting and domain name renewal. If your website hosting or domain registration services are not renewed by you on the renewal due date, Dynamic web solutions will not be responsible for any loss of business or future loss of business due to any disruption or loss of any advertising, website hosting or domain name registration services.

Refund Policy:
No refund will be entertined for any of our services - Domain registration, Hosting or designing except in the case of client is not satisfied with our service with in 30 days from the date of payment advance or singing the contract. We are providing 30 days money back guarantee for our services. Domain registration is not applicable for refund.

Legal Notice.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the contract, neither Dynamic Web Solutions nor any of its employees or agents, warrants that the functions contained in the Web Design Project will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Web Design Project is with the Client. In no event will Your Company and/or Dynamic Web Solutions be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God, the Hosting Service or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the Web Design Project, failure of any service provider, of any telecommunications carrier, of the Internet backbone, of any Internet servers, your or your site visitor's computer or Internet software, even if Dynamic Web Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
